Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment
provider.
Returns & Exchanges
- All perfume oil purchases must be reported within 7 days from the date of
purchase. - Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- Due to the nature of fragrance products, exchanges only are allowed unless
otherwise stated. - Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only through the original mode of
payment.
